The fabric is environmentally friendly, and no part of the linen production causes air or water pollution. If you need to wash the linen, do so at low temperatures in lukewarm or cold water, and preferably soft water. Use the gentle machine cycle and a mild detergent to protect the fibers. Use a hot iron while the linen is still slightly damp if you want to press your linen and have a flat, crisp look, though linen does become softer after each wash.
