Because each item in our shop is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been made. Every piece is handcrafted specifically for you, and variations in color, fabric texture are part of the natural character of handmade linen goods.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
